Penny is back home
When we arrived at Cindy's place to pick up Penny after her holiday there, we heard a joyous barking. It was lovely to see her again, and wonderful that Cindy handed us a sheet of photos of Penny having fun over the last five days. What a great way to show us that Penny had a good time. The happy body language and the tail held high were such a reassuring sign. Of course, we'd already known things were going well, because Cindy had sent a picture to my mobile phone, and we were in phone contact a couple of times.

Glad Penny was happy, safe and well looked after while you were away.
Noah x
Thanks, Noah! I always was jealous of the calm way you and your family deal with the issue of going to the doggy-boarding while the humans traipse around the world. But now Penny and I can be separated without trauma, so that's a good development.
We're so happy to hear that Penny is home and that she had a good time at Cindy's while you were away!
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
Maggie and Mitch, thanks for that. Penny seems to have settled back in now.
I'm happy for the family reunion. Your Cindy sounds fabulous. We have an awesome sitter ourselves. She calls or texts our mom several times a day, and before Mom's return, we all sit around and compose a nice note for her to find. We all love our sitter, she's probably as wonderful as your Cindy.
Welcome home, Penny :)
Twink!
It is always so wonderful to have your pet back with you after time away - I never felt I was home till I saw them all and kissed them. Best to you and Penny!
Hi Penny - we're glad you had a fun holiday but there really is no place like home eh?! How wonderful that you got holiday snaps - we think that's great! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.
Twinkietinydog, curator and JD and Max, it was certainly great to have her home!
