hydrobaths for dogs
Penny has a new bath! Finally I've decided to spend the money to buy a hydrobath from Melbourne Dog Centre and the guy delivered it today. So far Penny has jumped in a couple of times to get a treat. I thought we might as well take it slowly to get accustomed to it, as I don't know what experiences she's had being bathed at dog grooming salons. It'll be fun trying it our when I'm not quite so busy with work.

Wow, it's deep! What's it do? Sounds high class! Will there be any automatic massaging rollers coming out from the sides of it to massage Penny? Hehehe! One thing good about this bath tub is that dogs won't have an easy time to jump out.
Love licks,

This is a very nice bath for Penny,
I hope she enjoy in it :)
Good foryou Penny!! It certainly looks like the German Shepherd size!! I love my hydrobath, especially when the day is hot and I get a nice massage and cool off.
Jabari
Jabari, after trying your one Penny has been begging me to get one for her - in doggy body language of course, but I could interpret it because I've read so much on the Net about canine communication.
Slavenka, she had a bath today and she seemed to actually enjoy it!
Amber-Mae, we tried it out today and it was so easy! It basically is pretty deep, so I did have to lean over a bit. I think I'll buy an insert tray that means Penny will be higher. I wouldn't want it too high, though, as she might be able to jump out. It has a high pressure hose and only uses a bucket of water for the whole process. It is recycled over and over again by an internal pump. Jabari's mum told me not to use too much shampoo, but I think I did, because we sure got a lot of froth. It cleans by massaging the dog - you put the hose end right up against her skin. Like Jabari said, it's a massage.
Do you have the same sort of baths where you are?
